Modern and cosy furnished holiday flat Living in the middle of Nordhorn, the water town in the countryside. The Living holiday flat is 50 m² in size and is located on the ground floor at Stadtring 23. The flat has two entrances; one from the inner courtyard and one via the entrance on the Stadtring.
The cosy living/dining room is furnished to a high standard and offers every comfort. All rooms can be darkened, in the bedroom with external blinds and at the front with a modern external venetian blind system (electric).
The bathroom with open walk-in shower is equipped with an integrated rain shower, toilet, beautiful washing facilities and of course a hairdryer and towels.
There is a spacious hallway and a comfortable bedroom with two high-quality single beds (1 m x 2 m) and fitted wardrobes.
The living/dining room and the bedroom both have a flatscreen TV with the latest technology and free WLAN.
On the rear terrace (south-facing) with privacy screen to the inner courtyard, you can enjoy the time when the weather is nice.
A free car parking space is available in the inner courtyard. I can provide you with a lockable garage box for bicycles you bring with you.
