The holiday flat is located in a holiday park on Lake Neuensien just 300m from the Seedorf marina
The flat is about 66m² in size and consists of the following rooms: A spacious living room with flatscreen TV and double bed in an alcove; an adjoining bedroom with double bed and bunk bed; a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob and mobile induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and dining area as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower. The flat has 3 balconies, with a wonderful view of Lake Neuensien from the south and west-facing balconies.
The balconies are equipped with balcony furniture and loungers. Two marked car parking spaces belong to the flat and are available free of charge.
There is a children's playground, a small football pitch and a table tennis table on the holiday park grounds.
There is a lockable bicycle room for bicycles.
