The bungalow (2 adults + 2 children) has a size of approx. 62 m² and is located on the same property as the holiday home and the flat in our detached house - only approx. 30 m from Lake Sellin.
It is a single-storey building with a flat roof (green roof). The facade is clinkered and the house has plastic windows and electric shutters, the flat is modern and comfortably furnished and leaves nothing to be desired: All windows have pleated blinds on the inside. The floors are covered with vinyl or tiles. The walls are covered with rustic textured plaster or non-woven wallpaper in the bedrooms and the ceilings are panelled with wooden panels. The bathroom has underfloor heating and is fitted with high-quality ceramics and a glass shower. The flat has a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, fully automatic coffee machine ... There is also a wood-burning stove. SAT-TV is available in the living room and bedroom. A WLAN connection is also available. A car parking space is available on the property.the sauna with relaxation room in the holiday home invites you to relax and can of course also be used.well-behaved and lovely dogs are possible on request!
The bungalow has a spacious terrace - with a direct view of the lake.
There is a washing machine room in the holiday home for communal use. Here you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer with coin-operated machine.
The famous Sellin pier and the Baltic Sea beach with its fine white sand are just a 10-minute walk away. On the way there, numerous restaurants, bars and cafés in Wilhelmstraße invite you to linger.
