Our spacious 84m² relaxation oasis has been created with an indoor infinity pool and sauna area. While relaxing in the wellness area, you can enjoy the vastness of the sea with views as far as the chalk cliffs.

Entrance area
After unloading your luggage, you can take the lift to the 3rd floor where the luxury holiday flat with a side sea view is located.
Once you arrive on the third floor, the flat welcomes you with a small cloakroom with hanging space for jackets and a cupboard to store your shoes.

Living and cooking area
From the entrance area through the door we enter the large and open-plan living and cooking area.
The kitchen with a view into the living room is fully equipped and invites you to cook on holiday on Rügen. Starting with the large fridge, freezer, a 4-plate induction hob, the Miele coffee machine and much more that the kitchen heart desires. The dining table with two chairs and a bench is ideal for dinner or a nice game night with the family.
The sofa with a view of the Loeve flat screen TV is large and cosy and invites you to linger. The multi-room Sonos system, which you can connect to via Bluetooth, creates a cosy atmosphere in the evening.

Bedroom
The bedroom with a small sofa corner and limited sea view is furnished with great attention to detail. Starting with the large designer box spring (180x200) with a view of the TV and the integrated sauna in the bedroom. The sofa is extendable and offers space for a third person.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, washbasin, bathtub, toilet and an infrared cabin with space for one person.

A new resort is being built on the opposite side of the road, which may cause noise disturbance during your holiday. Our flats are soundproofed with very good windows when closed. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that this will isolate all noise.

We are happy to offer you a 10% discount on the total price when you plan your holiday and before you book. Should there be any disruption to your planned holiday due to construction work, we will grant you a 10% discount, even after you have signed a rental contract, so you are not taking any risks with us.
