Outside a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol invites you to relax.
This former locksmithery has been renovated and the interior fully refurbished, converting it into a holiday house for up to four people, with the possibility of further people on request. The house was classified as four-star in 2015 by the German Tourism Association (DTV). The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a TV, as well as a reading room with a sofa. The first floor has another bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and a reading room with a sofa. There is also a living room with a comfortable sitting corner and a TV. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen includes a dining space. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, coffee machine, coffee beans and a selection of teas, a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and ceramic pots and pans.
Zainingen is part of Römerstein and at 801 metres above sea level it is one of the highest Alb villages in the Reutlingen area, surrounded by a lovely landscape, which is charming both in summer and in winter. It is ideal for getting out and about in nature, surrounded by lovely hiking and cycling trails, with direct access to the core zone of the biosphere area of Schwäbische Alb. Various caves, castles and ruins, as well as thermal baths are in the vicinity. In winter there are ski lifts and marked cross-country skiing trails for those who enjoy winter sports.
Towels, tea towels, bed linen and a hairdryer are available, as well as books, games, and maps. There are parking spaces in front of the house. There are two children’s beds and two highchairs available. You can hire four bicycles for cycle tours.
