This comfortably furnished holiday apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house right in the centre of Reit im Winkl.
The living room and the bedrooms open onto the furnished balcony. There is a car parking space in front of the house.
The three-room apartment provides 62m² of space for four people. The spacious living room-kitchen has a comfortable sitting area with a corner sofa, a table and chairs, as well as cable TV. The kitchen has a dining table for four people and is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment and coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. The two bedrooms each have a double bed with single mattresses (each 90 x 200cm) and wardrobes with ample storage space. All the rooms have heating.
The nearest restaurants and shopping facilities are a few minutes‘ walk away. There are hiking paths, access points to cross-country skiing trails, an outdoor and indoor pool and tourist information within 300 metres. Bicycles can be hired (e-bikes) right by the house.
TV, radio, Wi-Fi, entry to the outdoor and indoor pool, bed linen, towels, tea towels and the final cleaning are included in the price. The accommodation is non-smoking.
