The apartment is located at the end of a private road on the edge of the forest, with no through traffic, and enjoys a completely peaceful setting. It is a very quiet and bright two-room apartment for two people on the first floor of a holiday home, with a separate entrance, a private hallway, and a cloakroom on the ground floor. There is a separate eat-in kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. The bedroom has a double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The living room also has two large wardrobes. The south-facing balcony with panoramic views is accessible from both rooms and is furnished with two chairs, a small dining table, and a parasol. A carport is included with the apartment.
