Relax and unwind in our bright, exclusive holiday flat with Mediterranean flair. The house is located in Sipplingen, absolutely quiet in a cul-de-sac, adjacent to the nature reserve with a well-developed 50 km long wild and romantic hiking network.

The flat consists of a tasteful, sunny living and dining room on the south side with natural stone terrace and fantastic lake view, a romantic bedroom on the cooler side of the house, a bathroom by Philippe Starck, as well as a small kitchen, sufficient to prepare breakfast and small dishes. Internet access and a new flat-screen TV are available.

The flat has a separate entrance and its own natural stone terrace with high-quality teak furniture, a parasol and deckchairs.

There is a car park and a bicycle shed right next to the house.

Only a few minutes' walk to the lake with free bathing beach, numerous water sports facilities such as sailing, surfing, water skiing, boat hire and sailing and motorboat schools, restaurants & to the historic town centre with many half-timbered houses and very good shopping facilities (fresh bread rolls also on Sundays), bicycle hire, hairdressers, stationery shop, masseur, doctors, post office & to the well-developed hiking network.

In the high season it is only possible to rent for less than a week if the period lies between two already booked periods.
