The holiday flat is located on the outskirts of Stollberg in a quiet location. The flat is on the ground floor of a two-family house. The landlord lives on the first floor and has his own entrance.
There is a car park at the house. The holiday flat has a small terrace in the entrance area. There is a large garden next to the house. The property is fenced and south-facing. In the summer months there is a pool (diameter 3.6 m and 95 cm deep) in the garden for shared use.
The cosy holiday flat is divided into a living room with dining table, corner sofa, an oven as well as cable TV and WiFi, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, in the kitchen there is a cooker with ceramic hob including oven as well as a fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. In the hallway there is a wardrobe, the bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and a double bed to pull out as well as a wardrobe. The holiday flat is suitable for two adults with up to two children.
The holiday flat is ideal for hikers, the forest is only 3 minutes away. A small restaurant is 100 metres away. The flat and terrace can be reached via stairs and are therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. For winter sports enthusiasts there are ski lifts and cross-country ski trails in the region. A small ski slope is located approx. 100 metres from the house. An adventure playground is about 200 metres away. There are many places of interest in the immediate and wider surroundings, such as museums, show mines, Erzgebirge art etc. The city railway takes you to Chemnitz in 25 minutes. Dresden, Leipzig and Oberwiesental can be reached by car in about an hour. An adventure pool is located 6 km away in Thalheim and 12 km away in Geyer. There are thermal baths in Bad Schlema and Bad Wolkenstein.
