Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Electric heating. Carpet. Terrace partly roofed, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
Holiday village "Useriner See". 32 houses in the resort. 400 m from the centre of Userin, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Neustrelitz, 38 km from the centre of Neubrandenburg, in an elevated position, 300 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, children's playground, bathing jetty. In the complex: reception, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Footpath to the house. Central parking spaces. Shop 400 m, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Userin" 400 m, grass beach 300 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Since March 25 there is fast internet in the house with 75mbit.
