Just unpack and feel at home. The fully equipped holiday home is ready for your dream holiday. Whether as a couple, with friends or as a family, up to six guests are welcome in this holiday home, which has a living space of 97 m² spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a shower room with WC and an open, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove, terrace exit and stairs to the upper floor. Upstairs is the second bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a separate living room, which can also be used as a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the furnished balcony, as well as a bathroom with bath and WC. The comfortable sofa bed offers full sleeping accommodation for a fifth and sixth guest, as it has a slatted frame (1.60 x 2.00 m). The room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and a bookshelf. In the first two bedrooms, the double beds are each surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. The centrepiece of the house is the open-plan kitchen/living room. This allows you to cater for yourself comfortably and extensively with brand-name appliances and a large work surface. The equipment includes a dishwasher, a four-zone ceramic hob with oven, a Cafissimo coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. Pass the wood-burning stove to reach the dining area. Here you can sit down on six comfortable, leather swivel chairs to enjoy a meal together or socialise in the evening. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV with satellite TV provides entertainment in the evening. Plenty of natural light floods in through the exterior doors, making this room pleasantly bright. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower cubicle, an undermounted washbasin with illuminated mirror cabinet and a WC. All windows and patio doors are fitted with insect screens and external roller shutters.

On the property you will find a spacious terrace with six upholstered garden chairs, two sun loungers, parasol and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy a fabulous al fresco meal with a view of the sea. The balcony is furnished with four chairs and a table and offers a view of the Müritz circular path that runs alongside the property. The property also offers two parking spaces for your car right next to the house. The garden shed is available for storing your bicycles.

The grassy beach and the sea are just 100 metres away. The lido at the holiday park with its sandy beach is approx. 300 metres away. While cafés and restaurants are just 200 metres away on foot, shopping facilities and supermarkets are just two kilometres away in the town centre. Excursions into the natural surroundings, such as the Müritz National Park, are well worthwhile.
