Holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms
House:
Our "Ocean Point" – the name alone evokes the feeling of a seaside holiday. The stylish furnishings and fantastic, beachfront location guarantee unforgettable days – we promise. Everything is chic, everything is new, and modern furnishings abound. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A cozy, bright, and modern living/dining room with comfortable sofas. From the living area, you have direct access to the west-facing balcony, furnished with garden furniture and a private beach chair. A separate, well-equipped kitchen with both a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine. Three stylish, high-quality furnished bedrooms: the first bedroom with a single box-spring bed (90x200cm) on the first floor, the master bedroom with a double box-spring bed (180x200cm), built-in wardrobe, and its own TV, and the third bedroom, also with a single box-spring bed (90x200cm), accessible via a staircase in the attic. A completely renovated, bright, naturally lit shower room with natural light is located in the attic on the same level as two of the three bedrooms. Two smart TVs, a Blu-ray player, a hi-fi system, and Wi-Fi are provided. Covered bicycle storage is available at the house. One parking space is available.
