Our holiday home with pool and garden is located in a quiet street in Siofok. Lake Balaton is only 150 metres away, the Plage is a 9-10 minute walk away.

The air-conditioned holiday home includes 3 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and 1.5 bathrooms. A TV is also available, while the holiday home offers a sun terrace. Popular points of interest near Zita Ház include Museum of Minerals, Jókai Park and Siofok Marina. The house has a large terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the garden. There is a barbecue area in the garden. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs.

The ground floor, approximately 80 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and dining area as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a washing machine. The house has a large terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the garden.

The distance to the beach is approx. 150 metres. The village centre with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 500m away.
